Course Details
PREREQUISITES

- Current (not expired) H2S Alive certificate
- Government-issued picture ID
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT

- Government issued photo ID
- Latest version of Chrome
- Web camera (used only during the final exam)
- Headphones or speakers (optional)
- Strong internet connection
OTHER REQUIREMENTS

- Participants must be able to put on a mask and breathe under air with an SCBA
- Participants must be able to participate in the rescue drag techniques.
STEP 1
BEFORE the expiry date of your ticket!
Go to Energy Safety Canada’s website link below then login with your ESC student login info. Sign up for their H2S Alive Blended Renewal course for $79
STEP 2
Upon successful completion of the 3 hour online course and a minimum exam score of 70%, students will be eligible to complete the “Skills Assessment” through Wolftrac Safety who is one of the few authorized training providers.
STEP 3
Students will have 90 days to complete this “Skills Assessment” from the date they completed the online theory portion
(If this 90 day time period exceeds the original expiry date of their current H2S Alive ticket they WILL NOT have a valid H2S Alive ticket in the meantime but are still eligible to complete the “H2S Alive Blended Renewal” process)
STEP 4
Schedule your one hour “Skills Assessment” with Wolftrac Safety Ltd. for $150 (tax included) and get signed off on the practical exercises portion of the course to receive your new H2S Alive ticket.
REMEMBER IF YOU LET YOUR ORIGINAL TICKET EXPIRE, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO EVEN ACCESS THE ONLINE COURSE AND WILL NEED TO RETAKE THE ORIGINAL 8hr INSTRUCTOR LED CLASSROOM H2S ALIVE COURSE
